January Sale - Terms & Conditions 

1. This promotion runs from 14:00 on 31 December 2025 until 23:59 on 01 February 2026

2. The offer applies only to new bookings made during the promotional period. Savings apply to selected hotels and departure dates only.

3. Where we make savings claims in promotional materials (including ‘up to £X off’), these are based on a booking for four people on a representative sample of holidays available at the time of advertising and are subject to availability and change. Discounts vary by property and date and are applied to the hotel price before any optional extras such as lift passes or equipment hire are added.

4. Sale prices are displayed on the website at the time of booking and no discount code is required.

5. Heidi reserves the right to add or remove hotels from the January Sale and update promotional messaging during the campaign period to ensure all promotional claims remain accurate and compliant.

6. Heidi reserves the right to correct any errors, including pricing errors, and withdraw any deals at our discretion for any reason.

7. If any changes are made after a booking has been confirmed (for example, changing the transfer type or reducing group size), the discount may be reduced.

8. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer and is subject to availability. Heidi reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.
